Most products will arrive within 3-7 days but due to high demands and courier disruptions, please allow up to 10 –15 business days to receive your order, unless stated otherwise on the individual product page. If you order from overseas, the product will arrive according to the tracking information provided via email. If your order contains multiple products with different lead times, they will be shipped in individual packages.
Every item you order at Dreamprint is printed for you on-demand by hand. That’s what distinguishes us from other e-commerce retailers. Returns aren’t put back on our warehouse shelves, as we can’t resell them. But we want to make sure you’re 100% satisfied with your order. This is why you can rely on our fair return policy.
If you need to update your order or shipping information, please email [email protected] with your order number and requested updates. If your order has not shipped, we will do our very best to accommodate all order update requests.
If we shipped the order through courier most probably you will get a tracking number to track the order. In most cases, courier will contact you prior to the delivery.

We do international shipping but please contact us if you need confirmation.
Although this is unlikely, we will occasionally cancel orders due to shortage of materials or suspicion of fraud. We will contact you immediately with an explanation, should order cancellation be necessary.
